Entrepreneurs & Leaders

Be a part of a movement of entrepreneurs embracing mindfulness and purpose-driven action for a more sustainable and ethical future.

Join us for a 6 week workshop series to learn mindfulness-based strategies and access inner resources that will help you live and lead with greater awareness, confidence, and resilience. Within the workshop, we’ll explore 6 core processes to help you grow in your ability to engage more fully, act with purpose, and awaken the best in yourself.

Our methodology is grounded on the concept of learning by doing and focuses on helping you take courageous actions based on your values. This innovative approach incorporates scientific research and evidence-based practices from positive psychology and Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT).

Facilitated by:

Erin Tetarenko (MSc Psychology of Coaching) works as a professional Mind and Body Leadership Coach with individuals and corporations. Her experience extends to working with international facilitation teams on globally recognised development programs. Integrating mind and body, she has created a coaching approach that empowers people to experience inner fulfilment while doing purposeful work.
