Join our inspiring community for a mindfulness-based workshop every month at Sustainable Valley. Learn mind and body skills and access inner resources that will help you live and lead with greater awareness, confidence, and resilience. Within each workshop, we’ll explore the mind and body connection to help you grow in your ability to engage more fully, act with purpose, and awaken the best in yourself.

Our methodology is grounded on the concept of learning by doing and focuses on helping you take courageous actions based on your values. This mind-body approach is science-backed with practices from positive psychology and Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT).
You will learn new skills through a variety of methods including:
Erin Tetarenko (MSc Psychology of Coaching) works as a professional Self-Leadership Coach facilitating personal transformation through self-exploration, mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing. Her experience extends to working with international facilitation teams on globally recognised personal growth, leadership and wellbeing programs. Integrating mind and body, she has created a coaching approach that empowers people to strengthen their connection with self while contributing to their communities in a meaningful way.
Wednesday 6pm – 8pm, 10th April — Cultivating Mindfulness
An introduction to the science and art of Mindfulness, designed to help you better understand how the practice of mindfulness can benefit your overall well-being, confidence, and ability to experience life more fully. Within the workshop, you’ll learn practical techniques and skills to help you live with greater awareness, more fully engage with your here-and-now experience, and how to access a consistent place to observe your changing internal experiences.
