The Fail Workshop – looking at why failure is a necessity for growth?
Do you have difficulties putting yourself out there because of fear of failure? Perhaps you lower your standards to avoid failing or you have difficulty moving on from failed experiences?
This workshop series was designed to start a conversation around failure and to help you show up fully in a rapidly changing world with bravery and resilience. Within the workshop, we’ll explore your relationship to failure and how failure affects you. Learn the body’s stress response to failure and how to be more responsive to your needs during times of stress. We’ll also explore how failure can be your best teacher, how to reduce failure blindspots, and how to maximise learnings from failure.
Presented by Erin Tetarenko this two part series explores your relationship to failure, the science of failure and how to fail well.
Erin Tetarenko (MSc Psychology of Coaching) works as a professional Mind and Body Leadership Coach with individuals and corporations. Her experience extends to working with international facilitation teams on globally recognised development programs.
